OBE教学模式下高校啦啦操人才培养的分析

摘要 OBE教学模式是有目的的推进教学过程,针对目标完善教学方法,进而达到预期目标的教育理念。随着全民健身的逐步展开,啦啦操的核心特色使之成为坚实力量。为满足市场对人才的需要以OBE教学模式为切入点,将成果目标为导向的理念融入课堂。通过调查分析、课堂实践和观察对高校啦啦操培养模式进行研究,探索该模式在高校啦啦操人才培养的路径,为提高教学质量和培养应用型人才提供理论依据。 OBE mode is an educational concept that promotes the teaching process with purposes,improves the teaching method according to the goal,and then achieves the expected goal.With the gradual development of national fitness,the core characteristics of cheerleading dance make it be a solid force.In order to meet the needs of the market for talents,by taking OBE model as the entry point,the results-oriented concept is integrated into the classroom teaching.Through investigation and analysis,classroom teaching practice and observation,the university cheerleading dance training mode is studied to explore the path of university cheerleading talents training under OBE model,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving teaching quality and training applied talents.
