摘要
中医时间医学是以中医基础理论为指导,阐述人体生理、病理之节律变化,依据此节律变化来诊断疾病,并择有利疾病痊愈之时以进行干预治疗及养生防治的一门学科。人体血压存在昼夜生理节律,且血压的昼夜波动节律亦受时间医学时辰规律的影响而变化。文章从中医时间医学理论基础及高血压病的中西医诊疗现状着手,梳理了血压节律与中医时间医学的密切关系,总结了基于中医时间医学治疗高血压病的应用进展。
Traditional Chinese medicine time medicine is a discipline guided by the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,which explains the rhythmic changes in human physiology and pathology,diagnoses diseases based on these rhythmic changes,and selects favorable times for disease recovery for intervention,treatment,and health preservation prevention and treatment.There is a circadian rhythm in human blood pressure,and the diurnal fluctuation rhythm of blood pressure is also influenced by the laws of time and medicine.The article started with the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine time medicine and the current situation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.It summarized the close relationship between blood pressure rhythm and traditional Chinese medicine time medicine,and the application progress of tra ditional Chinese medicine time medicine in the treatment of hypertension.
