摘要
目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间骨折中应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月南京市溧水区中医院收治的76例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方法分为研究组、对照组,各38例,分别实施股骨近端防旋髓内钉手术、动力髋螺钉手术。比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率、髋关节功能评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.63%(1/38),低于对照组的21.05%(8/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05)。研究组治疗后髋关节功能评分为高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者股骨近端防旋髓内钉手术治疗,效果较好,可改善患者的髋关节功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures in the eldely.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,76 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Nanjing Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nanjing were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.Proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail surgery and dynamic hip screw surgery were performed respectively.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and hip function score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.63%(1/38),which was lower than 21.05%(8/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail with intertrochanteric fracture is good.
