摘要
目的探究加速康复外科在低温等离子下扁桃体切除患者中的护理效果。方法选取2021年1—12月于丰城市人民医院行低温等离子下扁桃体切除术的40例患者作为研究对象,以入院日期单双号为标准分为对照组与观察组,每组20例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用加速康复外科护理,比较两组术期相关指标、疼痛程度、临床症状消失时间、手术相关并发症。结果观察组术后正常进食时间、白膜形成时间、白膜脱落时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、3、5、7d,观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后睡眠呼吸粗重、鼻翼煽动、流鼻涕、鼻塞症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术相关并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科理念对低温等离子下扁桃体切除护理效果显著,能减轻患者术后疼痛,提高术后舒适度,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with tonsillectomy under low temperature plasma.Methods A total of 40 patients with tonsillectomy under low temperature plasma were selected in Fengcheng People's Hospital from Janu-ary to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group based on date of admission.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with enhanced recovery after surgery,the relevant indexes,pain degree,time for clinical symptoms to disappear and surgery-related complications were compared between the two groups.Results The normal feeding time,albuginea formation time,albuginea shedding time and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1,3,5,7 d after surgery,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms such as heavy sleep breathing,nasal alar agitation,runny nose and nasal congestion in the observer group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of surgery-related complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced recovery after surgery concept in the nursing of patients with tonsillectomy under low temperature plas-ma can reduce postoperative pain,improve postoperative comfort,and shorten the length of hospital stay,it is worthy of clinical promotion and ap-plication.
