Standardized layout of pipeline harnesses for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicle can reduce the risk of wear and failure,improve safety and reliability.This paper analyzes the necessity of standardized layout of pipeline harnesses for medium and heavy-duty commercial vehicles,and discusses the method and solution of standardization layout.This method is based on the logic and rationality of pipeline harnesses layout,taking into account factors such as vehicle structure,functional modules,and wiring requirements.After practical application and debugging,the standardized layout method has achieved significant results in improving the efficiency of pipeline harnesses layout,reducing failure rates,and enhancing vehicle performance.This method can help commercial vehicle manufacturing enterprises to improve the standard level of pipeline harnesses layout,which can provide reference for research and practice in related fields.
