摘要
目的:探讨翻转课堂在肝吸虫病临床见习教学中的应用。方法:选取30名广西医科大学五年制临床医学专业本科见习学生为研究对象,15名学生为翻转课堂组,另15名学生为传统课堂组,分别进行肝吸虫病诊治的翻转课堂见习教学和传统讲授见习教学。比较两组学生的考试成绩是否存在差异。结果:翻转课堂组成绩(81.53±2.70分)高于传统授课组(77.33±4.62分,?<0.05)。翻转课堂在提高学习兴趣、学习主观能动性、逻辑分析能力、改善沟通协作能力、培养临床思维能力等方面均优于传统授课组(?<0.05)。结论:翻转课堂的教学效果优于传统授课方式,有助于激发学生的学习内驱力,可在临床教学中逐步推广。
Objective:To explore the application of flipped classroom in clinical practice teaching of liver fluke disease.Method:30 undergraduate interns majoring in clinical medicine at Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research subjects.15 students were in the flipped classroom group,and the other 15 students were in the traditional classroom group.They underwent flipped classroom internship teaching and traditional lecture internship teaching for the diagnosis and treatment of liver fluke disease,respectively.Compare the exam scores of two groups of students to see if there is a difference.The score of the flipped classroom group(81.53±2.70 points)was higher than that of the traditional teaching group(77.33±4.62 points,<0.05).Flipped classroom was superior to the traditional classroom group in improving learning interest,subjective initiative,logical analysis ability,communication and collaboration ability,and cultivating clinical thinking ability(<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching effect of flipped classroom is better than traditional teachingmethods,which helps to stimulate students'learningmotivation and can be gradually promoted in clinical teaching.
