摘要
为了解决矿山企业选矿厂棒磨机维护时间间隔完全依赖人工经验的问题,进行了棒磨机磨矿参数研究,提出了一种基于威布尔分布的棒磨机维护时间预测新方法。该方法首先全面收集棒磨机的维护时间数据,利用图形法验证数据与模型的适配性;再分别采用矩估计、最小二乘估计、极大似然估计3种方法计算威布尔参数,经对比发现,极大似然估计所得参数β=2.443 0、η=40.843最契合原始数据;最后使用K-S检验模型的可靠性予以验证,最终依据可靠度与故障间隔时间众数确定棒磨机的维护时间为33 d。试验结果表明,该方法能够切实有效地预测棒磨机的维护时间,可为矿山企业规划维护策略和管理棒磨机提供重要参考。
In order to solve the problem that the maintenance time interval of the rod mill in the con-centrator of mining enterprises depends entirely on manual experience,the grinding parameters of the rod mill are studied,and a new method for predicting the maintenance time of the rod mill based on Weibull dis-tribution is proposed.This method first collects the maintenance time data of the rod mill in an all-round way,and uses the graphic method to verify the compatibility between the data and the model.Then three methods of moment estimation,least squares estimation and maximum likelihood estimation are used to cal-culate Weibull parameters.By comparison,it is found that the parameters obtained by maximum likelihood estimation are β=2.4430 andη=40.843,which are the most consistent with the original data.Finally,K-S is used to verify the reliability of the test model.Finally,the maintenance time of the rod mill is determined to be 33 days according to the mode of reliability and fault interval time.The experimental results show that this method can effectively predict the maintenance time of rod mill,which can provide an important refer-ence for mining enterprises to plan maintenance strategies and manage rod mills.
