特高压油气井地面测试技术在富东X井的应用风险分析

摘要 目前,全世界范围内对于特高压油气藏的勘探开发尚属初步阶段,国外特高压油藏开发尚处空白,而国内特高压油藏开发刚开始起步,目前已研制生产出175MPa地面流程,但还未进行过实际应用,有关特高压油气井试油放喷作业也无任何实例参考。塔里木油田目前已开始进行特高压油气藏的勘探,以塔里木油田富东X井为例,其预测地层压力高达190MPa以上,开井油压预测140MPa以上,开发此类油气藏主要面临高压所带来的风险(如高压冲蚀设备、超压等)。以X井地面测试放喷为例,系统分析了特高压油气井地面测试放喷可能出现的风险,并提出相关应急处理措施,为后续特高压油气井放喷测试总结出可靠的测试方法,降低了测试风险。 At present,the exploration and development of ultra-high pressure oil and gas reservoirs in the world is still in the preliminary stage,and the development of ultra-high pressure oil and gas reservoirs in foreign countries is still blank,and the development of ultra-high pressure oil reservoirs in China has just started.Presently,the surface process of 175 MPa has been developed and pro duced,but it has not been applied in practice,and there is no reference case for the oil test and gusher operation of ultra-high pressure oil and gas wells.Now the exploration of ultra-high pressure oil and gas reservoirs has begun in Tarim Oilfield.Taking the well X of Fufong in Tarim Oilfield as an example,the predicted formation pressure is more than 190 MPa,and the oil pressure of opening well is more than 140 MPa.The development of such oil and gas reservoirs is mainly faced with the risk brought by high pressure(such as high pressure erosion equipment,overpressure,etc.).Taking the surface test of well X as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the possible risks of surface test of UHV oil and gas wells and puts forward relevant emergency treatment measures,and thus summarizes reliable test methods for subsequent UHV oil and gas wells and reduces test risks.
