摘要
本文综述了物理发泡剂(PBA)、化学发泡剂(CBA)及其他种类的发泡剂在聚丙烯(PP)中的应用,简要分析了PBA和CBA的作用机理及优缺点,从分析中对比其各自适用的场景。发泡剂种类繁多且适用范围较广,具有环保安全等特点,其用于材料中可降低材料的密度,从而减轻材料和制品的质量,降低成本等。基于近几年的研究发现,着重探究并总结了PBA及CBA对于PP的应用进展,总结了发泡剂在PP的应用上的优势与不足。
This article reviewed the applications of physical foaming agents(PBAs),chemical foaming agents(CBAs),and other types of foaming agents in polypropylene(PP),briefly analyzed the action mechanisms,advantages and disadvantages of PBAs and CBAs,and compared their respective applicable scenarios.There are many kinds of blowing agents with wide applications and environmental safety character.The blowing agents could reduce the material density,reducing the material and product qualities and costs.Based on recent research findings,this study focused on exploring and summarizing the application progresses of PBAs and CBAs in PP,and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of foaming agents in PP applications.
