摘要
汽轮发电机是指汽轮机驱动的发电机,是现代火力发电厂的主要设备,也用于冶金工业、化学工业以及舰船动力装置中。为保证机组能够安全稳定运行,结合发电厂中汽轮发电机组运行实际情况,开发出一种用于轴系扭振监测与保护一体的系统。该系统可在保证监测准确、故障判断精确的基础上,优化汽轮发电机组保护策略及越限值设定,防止因系统自身原因而导致保护装置不动作,从而保障了机组运行的经济效益。
Turbine generator is a generator driven by a turbine,which is the main equipment of modern thermal power plants,and is also used in metallurgical industry,chemical industry,and naval power plants.In order to ensure that the unit can operate safely and stably,a system for integrated monitoring and protection of shaft torsional vibration is developed by combining the actual situation of turbine generator unit operation in power plants.On the basis of accurate monitoring and fault judgement,the system can optimize the protection strategy and overrun value setting of the turbine generator set,prevent the protection device from not acting due to the system itself,and thus ensure the economic benefits of the unit operation.
