摘要
数字经济的蓬勃发展为传统产业创新发展注入了强大动力,数字医疗便是其中之一。从数字产业化和产业数字化两个维度构建了数字经济发展综合指数,采用DEA-Malmquist指数分别测算乡镇卫生院和村卫生室医疗资源配置效率,基于2011—2021年中国29个省份的面板数据,实证分析了数字经济对乡村医疗资源配置效率的影响。研究发现:数字经济显著促进了乡镇卫生院医疗资源配置效率的提升,但对村卫生室医疗资源配置效率的提升不显著;数字经济对城镇化发展水平高和医疗财政投入高的地区的乡镇卫生院医疗资源配置效率的提升作用更大;就机制而言,产业结构升级和技术创新是数字经济影响乡镇卫生院医疗资源配置效率的两个渠道。研究结论为乡村医疗资源配置效率的提升提供了一个新视角。
The rapid advancement of digital economy has injected substantial momentum into the innovative development of traditional industries,with digital healthcare being one of its prominent applications.This paper constructs a comprehensive index for the development of digital economy from two dimensions:digital industrialization and industrial digitization.It employs the DEA-Malmquist index to evaluate the efficiency of medical resource allocation in township hospitals and village clinics,utilizing panel data from 29 provinces in China between 2011 and 2021 to empirically analyze the impact of the digital economy on the efficiency of rural medical resource allocation.The study finds that the digital economy significantly enhances the efficiency of medical resource allocation in township hospitals,while its effect on village clinics is not significant.In regions with higher levels of urbanization and increased financial investment in healthcare,the digital economy has a more pronounced effect on improving the efficiency of medical resource allocation in township hospitals.In terms of the mechanism,industrial structure upgrading and technological innovation are the two channels through which the digital economy influences the efficiency of medical resource allocation in township hospitals.The research findings provide a new perspective for enhancing the efficiency of rural medical resource allocation.
