摘要
文章基于对天津市制造业和天津市规模以上工业经济数据的检索和分类,通过对天津市制造业的发展规模、结构、特点和经营指标的分析,发现天津市制造业注册企业中注册资本小于500万的小微企业占比达74%,且约90%的规模以上工业企业为小微企业,它们是天津市制造业发展的核心动力之一,具有强大的发展潜力,研究发现融资能力是制约天津市小微企业发展的瓶颈,天津市供应链金融服务分散,需提升其规范性、体系性,研究结合对供应链金融模式及案例的分析,提出了天津市制造业绿色供应链金融生态系统的概念及其O2O平台设计理念,论证了打造天津市制造业绿色供应链金融生态系统的意义与价值。
Based on the retrieval and classification of economic data for Tianjin's Manufacturing Industry(abbr.TMI)and its above-scale industrial enterprises,this paper analyzes the development scale,structure,characteristics,and operational indicators of TMI.It is found that approximately 90%of registered enterprises in TMI are small and micro enterprises.which are one of the core driving forces for the development of TMI and possess strong development potential.The paper also analyzes the bottleneck period and financing constraints faced by small and micro enterprises in Tianjin and combines the analysis of supply chain finance models and cases to propose the concept of a green supply chain financial ecosystem for TMI and its O20 platform design concept.The study argues for the significance and value of building a green supply chain financial ecosystem for TMI.
