复叠式空气源高温热泵蒸汽系统性能的理论研究

摘要 通过复叠式空气源高温热泵和机械蒸汽压缩系统耦合,构建一种可以供应高温高压蒸汽并实现制冷效果的热泵蒸汽系统。该系统以R410A、R245fa和R718分别作为系统低温、高温和机械蒸汽压缩循环的工质,并在系统中采用补液和喷水降温的方式提升系统性能。理论研究表明:随着R410A冷凝温度的升高,系统的制热量、制冷量和功耗都降低,而制热性能系数(COP)、制冷COP和总COP先升高后降低。当蒸发温度为20℃,饱和蒸汽温度为160℃时,系统的制热COP为1.49,总COP达到2.35。这表明该系统同时供应蒸汽和制冷时,性能优于采用电锅炉供热和空调制冷,可以助力工业领域的节能降碳。 Through the coupling of the cascade air-source high temperature heat pump system and the mechanical vapor compression system,a cascade air-source high temperature heat pump vapor system can not only effectively provide vapor to the industrial process,but also effectively reduce the ambient temperature.R410A and R245fa is used as the low-temperature cycle and high-temperature cycle working mediums,and R718 as the working medium of the mechanical vapor compression system.Liquid replenishment and water-injection cooling are used in the system to improve the system performance.The theoretical study shows that,when the condensing temperature of R245fa is constant,with the increase of the R410A condensing temperature,the heating capacity,cooling capacity,and power consumption of the system decrease,and the heating coefficient of performance(COP),cooling COP,and total COP first increase and then decrease.When the evaporation temperature is 20°C and the vapor saturation temperature is 160°C,the heating COP of the system is 1.49,and the total COP reaches 2.35.This shows that the performance of the system is far better than that of the electric boiler heating and air conditioning cooling respectively when realizing the double supply of cold and vapor,which help the energy saving and carbon reduction of the industrial field.
