摘要
重点介绍了自动导引车(AGV)系统在生产线之间的输送存储、排序以及作为调整线的应用场景下,在工艺规划布局、智能化系统化设计方面的应用案例,包括上下循环、集配排序工艺创新及料停机不停、多路径规划智能相邻调度、数字网联化等方面的应用创新,其应用不仅减少了生产面积,而且可更加方便和低成本地应对日益加速的个性化定制汽车发展对柔性模块化生产的汽车产线的改造需求。
This article mainly introduces the application innovation of Automatic Guided Vehicle(AGV)systems in the application scenarios of material transportation,storage,and sorting between production lines,in process planning layouts,intelligent system design,upward and downward circulation,consolidated sorting processes,and the technique of keeping materials moving continuously.Additionally,it covers multi-path planning with intelligent adjacent scheduling and digital network connectivity innovations.These advancements not only reduce the production area but also provide a more convenient and cost-effective response to the rapidly growing need for flexible,modular production lines in the automotive industry,driven by the increasing demand for personalized customized vehicles.
