考虑用户满意度的车位共享分配模型

A Shared Parking Allocation Model Based on Customer Satisfaction

摘要 共享经济的发展给人们的生活带来了便利.在交通领域,车位共享是解决城市交通拥堵的有效途径之一.针对城市"停车难"和部分停车场利用率较低的问题提出了考虑用户满意度的车位共享分配模型,首先利用粗糙集条件信息熵确定影响用户满意度的因素权重,依据共享过程中平台提供的车位评价信息以及需求者提供的期望水平给出需求者满意度的计算方法,同时考虑停车时长最大化和需求者满意度最大化,构建双目标优化分配模型.结果表明,优化分配模型提高了用户的满意度,满足了更多的用户需求,为管理者提供决策参考. The development of sharing economy has brought convenience to people's daily life.Shared parking is one of the effective ways to solve urban traffic congestion in the field of transportation.A shared parking allocation based on customer satisfaction is proposed to solve the problem of"parking difficulty"and low utilization ratio of some parking slots.The weights of the factors that affect the satisfaction degree of the customers are determined by using the conditional information entropy of rough set.And the expectation level of the customers and the evaluation information of the platform in the process of sharing are used to evaluate the satisfaction degree of the customers.A bi-objective optimal allocation model is constructed considering the maximization of parking time and the maximization of customers satisfaction.The results show that customers satisfaction is improved,more user needs are met by optimizing the allocation model,which provides reference for the management of parking spaces.
