摘要
国家文化数字化战略的提出为新时代档案文化服务的转型升级指明了方向。基于对国家文化数字化战略的解读,分析其对档案文化服务的新要求,并提出一系列创新发展策略,包括创新服务理念、强化资源开发、构建多元协同服务生态、推进数字化场景应用、夯实发展基础等。新时代档案文化服务的创新发展,需要持续推动档案文化价值的创造性转化与创新性发展,不断增强人民群众的获得感、幸福感,从而为提升国家文化软实力贡献力量。
The proposal of the national cultural digitization strategy points out the direction for the transformation and upgrading of archival cultural services in the new era.Based on the interpretation of the national cultural digitization strategy,this paper analyzes its new requirements for archival cultural services,and puts forward a series of innovative development strategies:innovating service concepts,strengthing resource development,building a diversified collaborative service ecology,promoting the application of digital scenarios,and laying a solid foundation for development.The innovative development of archival cultural services in the new era needs to continue to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of archival cultural values,constantly enhance the people’s sense of gain and happiness,and contribute to the improvement of national cultural soft power.
