摘要
高素质专业化新型军事人才培养对知识和能力的延续性提出了重大挑战,以国防科技大学“决策理论与方法”本科生课程为例,针对人才培养面临的实战化特色不明显、知识贯通性不强、理论向实践转化困难等问题,探索融合“本科—本硕—本硕博”的多层次人才贯通式培养课程体系,按照自上而下需求分解、自下而上模块集成和左右相互验证相结合的方式提出“四位一体”的“决策理论与方法”课程教学设计V模型,以适应新文科背景下高校人才培养要求。
The cultivation of high-quality and specialized new military talents poses significant challenges to the continuity of knowledge and abilities.Taking the undergraduate course“Decision Theory and Methods”at the National University of Defense Technology as an example,this article explores a multi-level talent run-through cultivation curriculum system that integrates undergraduate education,master education,and doctoral education to address the problems faced by talent cultivation,such as unclear characteristics of actual combat,weak knowledge connectivity,and difficulties in transforming theory into practice,A“Four in One”teaching design model for the“Decision Theory and Methods”course is proposed based on a combination of top-down demand decomposition,bottom-up module integration,and left and right mutual verification to meet the requirements of talent cultivation in universities under the new liberal arts background.
