摘要
目的探讨疱液抽取术在液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣中的临床效果。方法将入选137例接受液氮冷冻治疗的寻常疣患儿按照随机数字表分为抽疱组和对照组。抽疱组(59例)于液氮冷冻治疗皮疣后第3~5天,采用疱液抽取术将皮损处疱液抽出。对照组(78例)常规液氮冷冻治疗。分析比较两组患儿水疱、血疱痂皮脱落时间及疣体痊愈时间、治疗效果、炸面圈样疣发生率及复发率。结果抽疱组水疱、血疱痂皮脱落时间及疣体痊愈时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抽疱组治愈率(80.67%)高于对照组(64.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组炸面圈样疣发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抽疱组复发率(19.5%)低于对照组(33.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疱液抽取术在液氮冷冻治疗寻常疣中应用,可缩短患儿治愈时间、提高治疗效果、降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of blister fluid extraction in the treatment of verruca vulgaris by liquid nitrogen freezing.Methods One hundred and thirty-seven children with verruca vulgaris who received liquid nitrogen cryotherapy were divided into vesicle extraction group and control group according to random number table.In the vesicle extraction group(59 cases),the vesicle was extracted from the lesion by vesicle extraction on 3~5 days after liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.The control group(78 cases)was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy.The time of peeling of vesicles and blood vesicles,the healing time of warts,the therapeutic effect,the incidence of doughnut-like warts and the recurrence rate were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The peeling time of vesicles and blood vesicles and the healing time of warts in vesicle extraction group were shorter than those in control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The cure rate of vesicle extraction group(80.67%)was higher than that of control group(64.96%),with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of doughnut-like warts between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of blister group(19.5%)was lower than that of control group(33.7%),with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blister fluid extraction in liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for verruca vulgaris can shorten the healing time of children,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate,and it is suggested that it can be popularized in the clinical process of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy for verruca vulgaris.
