摘要
水利工程在长期使用过程中,受自然因素(比如洪水、地震、风化等)和人为因素(比如设计缺陷、施工质量、使用不当等)的影响,可能会出现各种险情,比如裂缝、滑坡、渗漏等。及时整修这些出险部位,可以有效防止险情扩大,避免工程发生倒塌、溃坝等严重事故。工程险情抢护具有时间紧、强度大等特点,可以一定程度上控制险情,使工程处于稳定状态。及时按照抢护要点整修工程出险部位,及时消除出险部位的不安全因素,充分利用现场有利条件,低成本、高效率、高质量地完成整修任务,提高工程的安全性与完整性至关重要。
During the long-term use of engineering,various risks such as cracks,landslides,and leaks may occur due to the influence of natural factors(such as floods,earthquakes,weathering,etc.)and human factors(such as design defects,construction quality,improper use,etc.).Timely repair of these damaged areas can effectively prevent the expansion of the danger and avoid serious accidents such as collapse and dam collapse in the project.The rescue of engineering hazards has the characteristics of tight time and high intensity,which can to some extent control the hazards and keep the project in a stable state.It is crucial to promptly repair the damaged parts of the project according to the rescue points,eliminate unsafe factors in the damaged parts in a timely manner,fully utilize the favorable conditions on site,complete the repair tasks at low cost,high efficiency,and high quality,and improve the safety and integrity of the project.
