摘要
该研究通过对大学生的调查数据进行分析,发现不同MBTI性格类型在农业领域就业意愿上的显著差异。结果显示,ENFJ类型的人最愿意从事农业领域的职业,其次是ESTP、ESFP、ESFJ、INFJ和ISFJ等类型。这表明不同性格类型在农业就业意愿上的多样性。ENFJ类型的人通常具有社会责任感和理想主义,倾向于选择能够影响社会发展的职业,而其他类型的人也在农业领域中可找到适合自己的职业选择。然而却未发现ESTJ类型在农业领域就业意愿上的显著表现,这可能与他们更偏向于传统职业领域有关。综合而言,该文的研究结果可为作者提供深入解不同性格类型在农业领域就业意愿上的洞见,为个人提供职业发展的指导。未来的研究可以进一步探讨不同性格类型在农业领域就业中的表现和影响,以促进该领域的发展。
The study analyzed survey data from college students and found significant differences in employment willingness among different MBTI personality types in the agricultural field.The results show that ENFJ types are most willing to pursue careers in the agricultural field,followed by ESTP,ESFP,ESFJ,INFJ,ISFJ and other types.This shows the diversity of different personality types in their willingness to work in agriculture.People of the ENFJ type usually have a sense of social responsibility and idealism and tend to choose careers that can affect social development,while other types of people have also found career options that suit them in the agricultural field.However,we did not find any significant expression of ESTJ types in their willingness to work in the agricultural field,which may be related to their preference to traditional occupational fields.Taken together,these research results provide us with insights into the willingness of different personality types to find employment in the agricultural field and provide guidance for individuals to develop their careers.Future research can further explore the performance and influence of different personality types in employment in the agricultural field to promote the development of this field.
