CBL教学模式在神经内科临床带教中的运用与价值评估分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估分析以案例为基础的教学模式(case based learning,CBL)在神经内科临床带教中的运用与价值。方法选取2022年1—12月期间湖南省第二人民医院神经内科28名见习医师为研究对象并纳入参照组,实施常规教学模式。选取2023年1—12月本院神经内科28名见习医师为研究对象并纳入观察组,实施CBL教学模式。对比两组测评结果、教学服务质量、带教认可度。结果对比测评结果、教学服务质量,观察组均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组带教认可度为100.00%(28/28),高于对照组的78.57%(22/28),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=667,P<0.05)。结论将CBL教学模式用在神经内科临床带教中,可提高学生的理论和操作测评成绩,提升教学质量,提高带教认可度。 Objective To evaluate and analyze the application and value of case based learning(CBL)in clinical teaching of Neurology.Methods A total of twenty-eight trainee physicians in the Department of Neurology of Hunan Second People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and included into the reference group,and the conventional teaching mode was implemented.Twenty-eight trainee physicians in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and included in the observation group to implement CBL teaching mode.The evaluation results,teaching service quality and teaching recognition of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the evaluation results and teaching service quality,the observation group was higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The acceptance rate was 100.00%(28/28)in the observation group,which was higher than 78.57%(22/28)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.667,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL teaching model in neurology teaching can improve students'theoretical and operational assessment results,improve teaching quality and enhance teaching recognition.
