摘要
本文分析了食品检验检测技术的应用现状,并阐述了我国食品安全检验检测中的关键技术。从应用原则、标准要求、检测体系、安全保障和技术种类5个方面提出了食品安全检验检测技术有效应用的保障措施,旨在为科学应用各种先进检测技术提供参考,以推动我国食品安全检验检测工作高质高效开展。
This paper analyzes the application status of food inspection and testing technology,and expounds the key technologies of food safety inspection and testing in our country.The guarantee measures for the effective application of food safety inspection and testing technology are put forward from five aspects:application principle,standard requirements,testing system,safety guarantee and technical types,aiming at providing reference for scientific application of various advanced testing technologies and promoting the high-quality and efficient development of food safety inspection and testing in China.
