摘要
自2001年以来,我国对东盟苹果出口贸易成效显著,东盟一直位居我国苹果出口贸易榜首,对我国苹果出口贸易具有十分重要的影响。然而,近年来我国对东盟苹果出口贸易呈现连续下滑态势,增势较为乏力,市场结构不合理,产品国际竞争优势减弱,外部竞争挑战日益加剧。新时期,我国与东盟应积极完善双边农业合作机制,推进农产品领域贸易自由化与便利化谈判,加快互联互通基础设施建设,提振出口贸易规模,优化地区市场结构分布,实现对东盟苹果出口贸易可持续发展。
Since 2001 the trade of Chinese apple export to ASEAN is quite fruitful,ASEAN is in the first place of the Chinese apple export trade for a long time,and has an important influence on the trade of the Chinese apple export.However,in recent years,the trade scale of Chinese apple export to ASEAN has kept dropping,growth is slower,the market structure is unreasonable,the international competitive advantages are weakened,and external challenges increase.In the new period,China and ASEAN should improve the mechanism for bilateral agricultural cooperation,enhance the negotiation of trade freedom and facilitation about agricultural products,improve connectivity infrastructure,enlarge the export scale,and optimize the regional market pattern so as to realize the sustainable trade development of Chinese apple export to ASEAN.
