摘要
随着平面S形轴伸贯流泵的广泛应用,装置老化带来各种设备问题,需进行大修恢复装置性能,机组大修的质量好坏直接影响水泵运行安全与使用年限。基于工程质量控制理论,运用工程质量控制的原理与方法,结合大修现场实际,以工程质量影响因素为切入点,分析了平面S形轴伸贯流泵大修质量控制要点并提出具体措施,为后续质量预防工作提供借鉴。
With the widespread application of planar S-shaped axial flow pumps,the aging of the equipment has brought various equipment problems,requiring major repairs to restore the performance of the equipment.The quality of the unit's major repairs directly affects the safety and service life of the water pump operation.This article is based on the theory of engineering quality control,applies the principles and methods of engineering quality control,and combines with the actual overhaul site,taking the influencing factors of engineering quality as the starting point,analyzes the key points of quality control in the overhaul of the planar S-shaped axial flow pump and proposes specific measures,providing reference for subsequent quality prevention work.
