摘要
食品冷链物流是指冷藏冷冻类食品从原料生产、贮藏运输、销售到消费者面前的每个环节都处在利于保存的低温环境,以保证食品质量,减少食品损耗的一项工程。随着人们对于冷链运输过程的安全性关注增多,冷链运输过程中存在的问题也日益暴露出来。主要从食品冷链物流在食品监管和产品运输过程中出现的问题入手,分析其在当前大环境下所面临的机遇和亟需解决的问题,探究食品冷链运输过程中相关问题的解决方案。
Food cold chain logistics refers to a project in which refrigerated and frozen foods are in a low-temperature environment conducive to preservation in every link from raw material production,storage,transportation,and sales to consumers,so as to ensure food quality and reduce food loss.With people's attention to the safety of the cold chain transportation process has increased,and the problems in the cold chain transportation process have also been exposed.This paper mainly started from the problems arising in food supervision and product transportation in food cold chain logistics,analyzed the opportunities and urgent problems it faces in the current environment,and explored the solutions to related problems in the process of food cold chain transportation.
