专科护士培训迁移现状及其相关性

Current situation and related factors of training transfer among nurse specialists

摘要 目的:了解专科护士培训迁移现状,并分析其相关性因素,以期为培训迁移效果的提升提供有效依据。方法:于2022年3月至2023年3月选取某院接受培训的120名专科护士为本次研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、专科护士培训迁移测评问卷、迁移动机问卷、自我效能感量表(GSES)、心理健康量表对入选护士进行调查,记录专科护士培训迁移现状,并分析其与迁移动机、自我效能、心理健康之间的相关性。结果:根据专科护士培训迁移测评问卷显示分值≤111分有26名(21.67%),归为低水平组,分值>111分有94名(78.33%),归为中高水平组,两组临床护理实践转化、测评工具运用、健康教育能力转化、医学知识转化、科研能力转化评分相比,差异有统计学意义(t=3.492,6.338,4.920,7.720,3.572;P<0.01);中高水平组迁移动机评分、GSES评分、心理健康评分高于低等水平组(t=10.672,10.550,4.656;P<0.01);经Pearson相关分析法分析发现,专科护士培训迁移水平与迁移动机评分、GSES评分、心理健康评分均呈正相关(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、技术职称、迁移动机、GSES评分、心理健康评分是影响专科护士培训迁移水平的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论:专科护士培训迁移水平尚可,但仍有较大的提升空间,且培训迁移水平除了与年龄、技术职称有关以外,还与迁移动机、自我效能、心理健康密切相关,临床可通过提高专科护士迁移动机和自我效能有助于迁移水平的提升。 Objective:To understand the current situation of transfer transfer among nurse specialists and analyze related factors,so as to provide an effective basis for improving the effectiveness of training transfer.Methods:Using the random sampling method,120 nurse specialists who received training in the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The general information questionnaire,training transfer assessment questionnaire for nurse specialists,motivation for transfer questionnaire,General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and mental health scale were used for investigation.Current situation of training transfer among nurse specialists was recorded,and its correlation with motivation for transfer,self-efficacy and mental health was analyzed.Results:According to the motivation for transfer questionnaire,26(21.67%)had scores≤111 and they were assigned to the low-level group.94(78.33%)nurses with scores>111 were assigned to the medium to high-level group.There were statistically significant differences in the scores for clinical nursing practice transfer,use of assessment tools,health education ability transfer,medical knowledge transfer and scientific research ability transfer between the two groups(t=3.492,6.338,4.920,7.720,3.572;P<0.01).The motivation for transfer score,GSES score and mental health score of the medium to high-level group were higher than those of the low-level group(t=10.672,10.550,4.656;P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis found that the transfer level was positively correlated with the motivation for transfer score GSES score and mental health score(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis results indicated that age,technical title,motivation for transfer,GSES score and mental health score were factors influencing nurse specialists’transfer level(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse specialists’transfer level is general,and there is much room for improvement.In addition to age and technical title,the level of training transfer is closely related to the motivation for transfer,self-efficacy and mental health.Clinically,nurse specialists’transfer level can be improved through enhancing their motivation for transfer and self-efficacy.
