摘要
随着我国高等教育的扩展,大学生就业问题亟待关注。当前的大学生就业现状面临的挑战包括就业竞争日趋加剧、职业技能与市场需求存在差距及日益增加的社会和家庭压力。思政教育在此背景下展现出其独特的价值:它能够助力大学生提高自我认知,塑造正确的职业价值观,并展现更广阔的职业视野。为实现大学生就业思政教育的目标,建议完善课程内容与教材、加强教师队伍建设与培训、重视学生实践体验,以及采用多种手段提高学生的教育参与度。
With the expansion of higher education in China,the employment problem of college students urgently needs attention.The challenges faced by the current employment situation of college students include increasing competition for employment,the gap between vocational skills and market demand,and increasing social and family pressure.In this context,ideological and political education demonstrates its unique value:it can help college students improve their self-awareness,shape correct professional values,and showcase a broader career perspective.In order to achieve the goal of ideological and political education for college students’employment,it is recommended to improve the course content and textbooks,strengthen the construction and training of the teacher team,attach importance to students’practical experience,and use various means to increase students’participation in education.
