摘要
邮政物流业在服务农村经济和农村精准扶贫方面发挥了积极作用,但乡镇物流配送“最后一公里”问题仍然存在。采用问卷调查法和SWOT分析法对K县邮政物流配送“最后一公里”问题进行梳理,邮政物流末端配送主要存在乡村交通不便、配送成本高、配送管理机制不完善、快递配送员服务态度差以及缺乏专业人才等问题。基于这些问题提出解决路径,政府重视并加大扶持力度;发展乡村邮政物流和村级客运融合模式;设立村级邮政物流代办点;建立完善的物流配送管理机制;加强物流配送员的培训和教育;加强乡村邮政物流配送人才队伍建设;发挥邮政网点优势拓展末端配送服务。推动解决配送的“最后一公里”问题。
The postal logistics industry has played a positive role in serving the rural economy and targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas,but the"last mile"problem of township logistics distribution still exists.The questionnaire survey method and SWOT analysis method were used to sort out the"last mile"problem of postal logistics distribution in K County.The main problems of postal logistics terminal distribution include inconvenient rural transportation,high distribution costs,imperfect distribution management mechanism,poor service attitude of express delivery personnel,and a lack of professional talents.Propose solutions based on these issues,and the government attaches importance to and increases support efforts;developing an integrated model of rural postal logistics and village level passenger transportation;establishing village level postal logistics agency points;establish a sound logistics distribution management mechanism;strengthen the training and education of logistics delivery personnel;strengthen the construction of rural postal logistics and distribution talent team;utilize the advantages of postal outlets to expand terminal delivery services.Promote the resolution of the"last mile"issue in delivery.
