南通美术馆复杂钢结构设计

Design on complex steel structure of Nantong Art Museum

摘要 南通美术馆采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙+带支撑钢框架结构,具有扭转不规则、楼板不规则、构件间断等不规则项。小展馆沿圆弧扇形布置,采用带支撑钢框架结构。上、下层小展馆之间存在局部层叠的转角关系,竖向构件无法直接落地,采用多层多次转换钢框架和整体悬挑钢桁架。钢结构体系具有定位复杂无规律、多层多次转换、整体悬挑尺度大、桁架跨度大、荷载大等特点。针对结构特点,对重要构件提出了更高的性能目标;对复杂钢结构设计关键问题进行分析并提出对应措施。采用ETABS、PKPM、SAP2000等软件进行整体模型分析和各种补充分析,包括:防倾覆验算、小展馆独立模型承载力验算、楼板应力分析及舒适度分析等。计算结果表明结构各项指标均满足要求,结构安全可靠。通过重视结构概念和构造设计,保证结构整体性和稳定性。 Nantong Art Museum adopts a reinforced concrete frame⁃shear wall+braced steel frame structure.The structural layout is irregular,such as structural plane irregular torsion,irregular floor slabs,and discontinuous vertical components.The small exhibition hall is arranged in a circular arc fan⁃shaped shape and adopts a braced steel frame structure.There is a locally stacked corner relationship between the upper and lower small exhibition halls,which vertical components cannot be directly landed.The multistory and multiple conversion steel frame and multistory cantilever steel trusses are used.The steel structure system has the characteristics of complex and irregular positioning,multistory and multiple conversion,large cantilever size of multistory cantilever steel truss,large span steel truss,and large load.Based on the above characteristics of the structure,higher performance goals for important structural components were proposed.Key issues in the design of complex steel structures were analyzed and countermeasures were proposed.The programs such as ETABS,PKPM,SAP2000 were used for overall model analysis and various supplementary analyses,including anti overturning calculation,small exhibition independent model bearing capacity calculation,floor stress analysis,comfort analysis,etc.The calculation results indicate that all indicators of the structure meet the requirements,and the structure is safe and reliable.Structural integrity and stability were ensured by emphasizing structural concepts and structural design.
