摘要
基于资源编排理论,考察新创企业人力和物质资源的编排策略对双元创新的影响。对多省份426家新创企业进行两阶段问卷调查,研究发现:同一时间多任务分配的倾向性越高、团队成员的组织公民行为越多、对手头资源的改造重组能力越强,新创企业的双元创新水平越高。此外,资源组拼在任务并行和团队帮助影响双元创新的过程中起部分中介作用。
Based on resource orchestration theory,this study examines the influence of the entrepreneurial team and resource integration strategy on the ambidexterity of start-ups.A two-stage questionnaire survey of 426 new enterprises in five provinces was conducted,and the results show that:polychronicity of job assignment was found significant positively related to ambidexterity.Team help behavior was found positively related to ambidexterity.Bricolage was found positively related to ambidexterity.At last,we conducted an SEM test and the results show that bricolage plays a partial mediating role between the relationships of job assignment polychronicity and team help behavior on start-ups’ambidexterity.
