时空轨迹数据下海上船舶碰撞危险度模型

A risk model for ship collisions at sea based on spatiotemporal trajectory data

摘要 为避免船舶会遇产生的碰撞现象,提出时空轨迹数据下海上船舶碰撞危险度模型。以AIS中船舶自动识别系统提供的信息为依据,采用最小二乘法从海量的AIS信息中采集出有效的海上船舶航行轨迹点,并依据提取的数据,实现海上船舶会遇识别,结合识别的海上船舶会遇情况,选取会遇距离最小、会遇时间最短、与目标船舶之间的间距以及船速比4项参数,完成海上船舶碰撞危险度模型的构建。实验结果显示,该模型可以识别多种船舶会遇场景,并在船舶会遇时精准判断船舶危险度,对危险船舶进行避让。 To avoid the collision phenomenon that ships may encounter,a collision risk model for maritime ships based on spatiotemporal trajectory data is proposed.Based on the information provided by AIS(Automatic Ship Identification System),the least squares method is used to collect effective ship navigation trajectory points from a massive amount of AIS information.Based on the extracted data,ship encounter recognition is achieved at sea.Combined with the identified ship encounter situation,four parameters are selected:the minimum encounter distance,the shortest encounter time,the distance between the target ship and the ship speed ratio,to complete the construction of a ship collision risk model at sea.The experimental results show that the model can recognize various ship encounter scenarios and accurately judge the danger level of ships when they encounter,avoiding dangerous ships.
