基于BIM技术的鄂尔多斯人才科创中心空间设计研究

摘要 当前,数字化和信息化技术在建筑与设计领域的应用逐步深化,其中,BIM技术的应用能提高设计与施工效率,优化空间设计,成为建筑与设计领域的创新焦点。文章以鄂尔多斯人才科创中心为案例,针对BIM技术在规划、初步设计及施工图设计阶段的应用进行了深入研究,提供了一系列基于实证的过程及成果展示。研究显示,BIM技术在方案比选、建筑指标反馈、紧急疏散模拟、绿建分析、机电管线规划等重要环节中有显著的优势。该项目特别突出了在施工图设计阶段,如何通过建模、模拟及管线综合工作等环节的应用,优化设计并提高实施效率。在创新实践部分,还探索了BIM技术与无人机技术、模块化设计的结合,使设计与施工过程中的沟通与决策更高效。 At present,the application of digital and information technology in the field of architecture and design is gradually deepening.Among them,the application of BIM technology can improve the efficiency of design and construction,optimize the space design,and become the focus of innovation in thefield of architecture and design.Taking Ordos Talent Science and Technology Innovation Center as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on the application of BIM technology in planning,preliminary design and construction drawing design stage,and provides a series of process and result demonstration based on empirical research.The research shows that BIM technology has significant advantages in scheme comparison and selection,building index feedback,emergency evacuation simulation,green building analysis,electromechanical pipeline planning and other important links.The project especially highlights how to optimize the design and improve the implementation efficiency through the application of modeling,simulation and pipeline comprehensive work in the construction drawing design stage.In the part of innovation practice,the combination of BIM technology,UAV technology and modular design is also explored,which makes the communication and decision-making in the design and construction process more efficient.
