活化铁尾砂硅⁃纳米硒复合营养液对水稻幼苗生长的影响

Effects of nutrient solution of activated iron tailing siliconselenium nanoparticles on the growth of rice seedlings

摘要 本研究旨在制备一种铁尾砂硅⁃纳米硒复合营养液,为促进水稻生长和硒吸收利用措施提供理论依据。以稻花香2号为研究对象,开展两因素实验,设置4个硅水平(0、300、600、900 g·hm^(-2))和4个纳米硒水平(0、18.75、37.5、56.25 g·hm^(-2)),另设亚硒酸钠组(硒37.5 g·hm^(-2)+硅600 g·hm^(-2))作为对照组,探究营养液中硅、纳米硒水平对水稻幼苗生长及富硒的影响,明确最优硅⁃硒配比,阐明硅对水稻幼苗富硒的影响及其生理机制。结果表明:相较于单硒或单硅的处理组,硅⁃硒配施对水稻生长有一定协同作用,硅元素通过提高水稻幼苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,进而影响水稻幼苗生长。响应曲面法结果表明,营养液中硅水平600 g·hm^(-2)、纳米硒水平37.5 g∙hm^(-2)时,水稻幼苗生长显著优于其他处理组,株高、根冠比分别较施用亚硒酸钠处理组增长了9.9%和5.3%;根、茎、叶硒含量分别增加了41.4%、32.4%和42.3%。 The objectives of this study were to prepare a nutrient solution with iron tailing silicon⁃selenium nanoparticles and to provide theoretical basis for enhancing rice growth and selenium assimilation.A two⁃factorial experiment was conducted using rice cultivar Daohuaxiang No.2,with four levels of silicon(0,300,600,900 g·hm^(-2))and four levels of selenium nanoparticles(0,18.75,37.5,56.25 g·hm^(-2)).Additionally,a control group using sodium selenite(37.5 g·hm^(-2))and silicon(600 g·hm^(-2))was included.This experiment was established to examine the impacts of silicon and selenium nanoparticle concentrations in the nutrient solution on the growth and selenium accumulation in rice seedlings,determine the optimal silicon⁃selenium ratio,and elucidate the role of silicon in selenium enrichment and its underlying physiological mechanisms.Results showed that the concurrent appli⁃cation of silicon and selenium synergistically enhanced rice growth compared to treatments with only selenium or silicon.Silicon addition facilitated the growth of rice seedlings by increasing the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT).The nutrient solution containing 600 g·hm^(-2)of silicon and 37.5 g·hm^(-2)of selenium nanoparticles markedly outperformed other treatment groups,increasing plant height and root⁃to⁃shoot ratio of rice seedlings by 9.9%and 5.3%,respectively;and the selenium content in roots,stems and leaves increased by 41.4%,32.4%and 42.3%respectively,compared to the sodium selenite⁃treated group.
