摘要
研究旨在探索“双轨合一”教育中临床医学硕士生的科研创新能力培养模式。选取海南医学院60名2017级临床医学硕士生,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30人。对照组接受常规住院医师培训,试验组在此基础上增加科研专项训练。培训前后对两组进行科研能力评估,包括文献检索、阅读、标书和论文写作能力。结果显示,培训后试验组在科研能力方面显著优于对照组,且在毕业考核、课题申报、论文发表和科研获奖方面也表现更佳。然而,试验组对科研训练的满意度低于对照组。因此,研究认为在“双轨合一”模式下,早期加强科研培训有助于提升临床医学硕士生的科研和医学综合能力。
The study aims to explore the research and innovation skill cultivation model for clinical medicine master's students within the“dual⁃track integration”education framework.A total of 60 clinical medicine master's students from Hainan Medical University,enrolled in 2017,were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 30 students in each group.The control group received conventional residency training,while the experimental group received additional specialized research training.Both groups were evaluated for their research skills before and after training,including literature search,reading,proposal writing,and paper writing abilities.Results showed that after the training,the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in research skills,and also performed better in graduation assessments,project applications,paper publications,and research awards.However,the experimental group's satisfaction with the research training was lower than that of the control group.Therefore,the study suggests that early reinforcement of research training under the“dual⁃track integration”model helps enhance the research and comprehensive medical skills of clinical medicine master's students.
