摘要
阐释北药创制现代产业学院的建设背景,依托药学、制药工程及药物分析专业,构建独具特色的课程体系,探索多专业融合、小班化培养、政行校企多主体参与、多方共赢的协同育人模式,让学校和企业成为人才共育、过程共管、成果共享的利益共同体,推动校企合作的深化与发展。
To explain the construction background of the modern industry college of Northern Medicine,and to build a unique curriculum system based on the specialty of pharmacy,pharmaceutical engineering and pharmaceutical analysis,to explore a multi-specialty integration,small-class training,multi-subject participation of school and enterprise administration and win-win cooperation education mode,schools and enterprises become a talent co-education,process co-management,sharing the results of the community of interests,to promote the deepening and development of school-enterprise cooperation.
