摘要
湿式厌氧发酵无害化处理是处理厨余垃圾的重要技术手段,但是现行技术水平比较低,处理效果不佳,为此提出厨余垃圾湿式厌氧发酵无害化处理技术研究。采用分选制浆装置对厨余垃圾进行物料输送、浆化筛选、除砂除杂、油水分离预处理,以粪便、污水作为厨余垃圾浆液发酵材料,通过材料调配在厌氧发酵罐内进行湿式厌氧发酵,将厨余垃圾分解为沼气和沼渣回收利用,实现厨余垃圾湿式厌氧发酵无害化处理。试验结果表明,所提技术的厨余垃圾含固率最高仅为14%,有机质去除率在96%以上,可以实现对厨余垃圾的高质量处理。
Wet anaerobic fermentation harmless treatment is an important technical means for treating kitchen waste,but the current level of technology is relatively low and the treatment effect is poor.Therefore,research on wet anaerobic fermentation harmless treatment technology for kitchen waste is proposed.Using a sorting and pulping device for material transportation,pulping screening,sand and impurity removal,and oil-water separation pretreatment of kitchen waste,feces and sewage are used as fermentation materials for kitchen waste slurry.Through material blending in anaerobic fermentation tanks,wet anaerobic fermentation is carried out to separate kitchen waste into biogas and biogas residue for recycling,achieving harmless treatment of kitchen waste through wet anaerobic fermentation.The experimental results show that the proposed technology has a maximum solid content of only 14% for kitchen waste,and an organic matter removal rate of over 96%,which can achieve high-quality treatment of kitchen waste.
