摘要
随着党的建设进入新时代,高校党支部的政治功能和组织功能在实现党的使命和任务中扮演着重要角色。也是坚持社会主义办学方向、推动高校高质量发展、落实立德树人根本任务的现实需要。本文通过对乌鲁木齐职业大学基层党支部政治功能和组织功能的分析研究,提出增强高校党支部政治功能和组织功能的对策,进一步加强高校党支部的党建工作,将党的建设优势转化为改革发展优势,不断推动教育事业高质量发展。
With the party building entering a new era,the political and organizational functions of university party branches play an important role in realizing the mission and task of the Party.It is also a practical need to adhere to the socialist direction of running a school,promote the high-quality development of colleges and universities,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people.Based on the analysis and research of the political and organizational functions of the party branches of Urumqi Vocational University,this paper proposes countermeasures to enhance the political and organizational functions of the party branch of colleges and universities.The measures include further strengthening the party building work of the party branch of colleges and universities,and transforming the advantages of party building into advantages of reform and development,thus constantly promoting the high-quality development of education.
