水利工程甲级质量检测单位“双随机、一公开”质量保证体系不健全问题剖析

Problem Analysis of the Imperfect Quality Assurance System Named “Double Random,One Open” from Grade a Quality Testing Unit for Hydraulic Engineering's Project

摘要 2020 年—2022 年水利工程建设甲级质量检测单位“双随机、一公开”抽查工作中,“质量保证体系不健全”问题几乎逢查必中,并有逐年递增趋势。论文从相关规章条文要求入手,理清质量保证体系和管理体系概念,分析存在问题原因,规避“质量保证体系不健全”问题发生。 From 2020 to 2022,the problem of the imperfect quality assurance system was almost common in the spot check named “double random,one public” from Grade A Quality Testing Unit for Hydraulic Engineering,and had an increasing trend year by year.In order to avoid the problem of imperfect quality assurance system,this paper is analyzed the causes of existing reasons by started with the requirements of relevant regulations and clarified the concept of quality assurance system and management system.
