摘要
以某大型LNG项目为例,介绍了一种新型LNG管道冷保温外护材料—CSPE(氯磺化聚乙烯)的材料特性、结构性能及防护特点,总结了CSPE外护材料施工的工艺流程和技术要点,同时对施工过程中CSPE可能产生的质量问题进行分析并提出对应解决方案,防止因CSPE外护层失效所带来的设备设施安全风险与隐患,为新建LNG管道同类型冷保温外护施工提供参考。
Taking a large LNG project as an example,this paper introduces the material characteristics,structural performance,and protective characteristics of a new type of cold insulation outer protection material for LNG pipelines-CSPE(chlorosulfonated polyethylene).It summarizes the construction process and technical points of CSPE outer protection material,and analyzes the quality problems that may arise from CSPE during the construction process and proposes corresponding solutions,To prevent the safety risks and hidden dangers of equipment and facilities caused by the failure of the CSPE outer protective layer,and provide reference for the construction of the same type of cold insulation outer protective layer for new LNG pipelines.
