基于PID电气一次设备远程启闭优化PLC控制方法

摘要 针对电气一次设备远程启闭控制方法的落后状况,提出了一种基于PID优化的PLC控制算法。该PID控制方法能够根据误差和干扰信号的变化,及时调整控制算法,并在线调整控制器参数,以提高电气一次设备远程启闭的控制效果。此外,结合B/S模式结构搭建系统框架,文章提出了基于PLC自动控制的远程启闭控制系统方案,为实现电气一次设备的远程启闭控制提供了技术支撑。仿真结果表明,该方法能够较好地实现电气一次设备的远程启闭控制,为电气一次设备的远程启闭有效控制提供了一种新途径。 Aiming at the backward condition of remote opening and closing control method of electrical primary equipment,a PLC control algorithm based on PID optimization is proposed.The PID control method can adjust the control algorithm in time and the parameters of the controller online according to the change of error and interference signal,improving the remote opening and closing control effect of electrical primary equipment.In addition,the system framework is built combined with B/S mode structure,and the scheme of remote opening and closing control system based on PLC automatic control is given,which provides technical support for realizing remote opening and closing control of electrical primary equipment.The simulation experiment results show that this method can well realize the remote opening and closing control of electrical primary equipment,providing a new approach for effective remote control.
