摘要
为减少生鲜农产品物流配送环节的损耗,降低物流配送成本,在物流过程中引入需求共享、配送中心共享、车辆共享的共同配送模式,据此构建共同配送路径优化模型。考虑不同种类生鲜农产品损耗速度的差异,设置不同的损耗系数,结合时间因素计算在途损耗成本。将车辆固定成本、运输成本、制冷成本、时间惩罚成本和损耗成本之和作为优化目标,建立软时间窗的共同配送路径规划模型。求解过程将遗传算法和模拟退火算法进行结合,提高优化效果,并使用混沌映射生成初始种群,以增加初始解的多样性。从多个企业单独建立优化模型,变成了建立资源共享的单个模型,体现了多物流中心间的资源协同;损耗系数的设置依据了实际数据,将损耗成本纳入总成本更贴近现实;经验证改进后的混合优化算法效果较改进前有一定提升。资源共享的模型设计和多优化算法结合的求解过程,为生鲜农产品物流配送提供了新的研究思路。
To reduce losses in the logistics distribution process of fresh agricultural products and logistics distribution costs,a joint distribution routing optimization model is constructed by introducing a joint distribution mode of demand sharing,distribution center sharing and vehicle sharing in the logistics process.Considering the differences in the loss rate of different types of fresh produce,different loss coefficients are set to calculate the loss of at-transit costs in combination with time factors.The sum of vehicle fixed costs,transportation costs,refrigeration costs,time penalty costs and the loss costs are considered as the optimization objectives.The solution process combines the genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm to improve the optimization.Chaotic mapping is used to generate the initial population to increase the diversity of the initial solution.Instead of building different models based on different needs,an optimization model is established based on resource sharing,which ref lects the synergy between multiple logistics centers.The setting of the loss coefficient is based on actual data,and it is more realistic to consider the loss cost.Improved hybrid optimization algorithm has shown some improvement after verification.The model design of resource sharing and the solution process of multiple optimization algorithms provide new research ideas for the logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products.
