摘要
解放战争的战略进攻是人类战争史上的一次创举,它不是一蹴而就,而是有着深厚的历史积淀。它根植于中国古代传统兵学思想,受到了西方近代以后军事理论的影响,传承了马克思主义无产阶级军事理论的精髓,孕育于严酷曲折的中国革命战争的实践。既体现了防御与进攻、持久与速决、整体与局部、外线与内线、“以农村为依托”与“进攻中心城市”的辩证关系,也包含了避实击虚的作战原则及“非线式作战”的思想。随着时代的变革,在这一过程中所形成的战略方针和作战思想,又历经了极大的丰富和发展,因而对我们今天的备战打仗仍然具有极强的理论和现实指导意义。
The strategic offense of the Liberation War is a pioneering move in the history of human warfare.It was not achieved overnight,but has a profound historical accumulation.This offense is rooted in traditional Chinese military thought,influenced by Western military theory developed in modern times,inheriting the essence of Marxist proletarian military theory,and nurtured in the harsh and tortuous practice of Chinese revolutionary warfare.It reflects the dialectical relationship between defense and attack,endurance and quick decision,whole and the part,external and internal lines,“relying on rural areas”and“attacking central cities”,the principle of avoiding the real and attacking the weak,and the idea of“non-linear warfare”.The strategic principles and rich combat ideas formed during this process are not just fleeting.After the war,with the changes of the times,they have enriched their connotation theoretical and practical guiding significance for the preparation for war in modern times.
