摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记对新时代公安工作发表了一系列重要讲话,作出了一系列重要指示批示。在理论层面,习近平总书记关于新时代公安工作的重要论述的基本方针是:政治建警、改革强警、科技兴警、从严治警。在实践层面,各级公安机关贯彻习近平总书记关于新时代公安工作的重要论述,在总体国家安全观下建设平安中国,在全面依法治国背景下建设法治公安。为确保习近平总书记关于新时代公安工作的重要论述得到更好的贯彻落实,应建设更加符合“四铁三能”标准的公安队伍,落实对党忠诚、服务人民、执法公正、纪律严明的十六字要求并发展新质公安战斗力。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has delivered a series of important speeches and made a series of important instructions on public security work in the new era.At the theoretical level,the basic principles of Xi Jinping's important statements on public security work in the new era are:building a politically loyal police force,strengthening the police through reforms,advancing the police with technology,and governing the police with strict discipline.At the practical level,public security organs at all levels implement Xi Jinping's important statements on public security work in the new era,build a safe China under the overall national security concept,and build law-based public security under the background of comprehensive rule of law.To ensure better implementation of Xi Jinping on public security work in the new era,it is advisable to build a police force that is more in line with the standards of“Being strong as iron in four aspects and equipped with three abilities”,and implement the 16-word requirement of being loyal to the Party,serving the people,being impartial in law enforcement and strict in discipline,and develop new quality public security fighting capacity.
