摘要
课程思政是高等职业教育落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,是高等职业教育人才培养目标定位的应有之义,是增强我国经济发展内驱力的重要举措,是新时代思想政治教育改革创新的必然趋势。目前高职院校课程思政缺少对课程思政建设的高度重视和原则把握,缺乏对课程思政建设的系统规划和顶层设计,缺少教师、学生、课程内容间的三方融合,缺少“协同联动”的机制保障。为此,要强化顶层设计,完善课程体系,重构教学体系,优化师资队伍,以期推进课程思政建设更好地落地落实。
Teaching ideological and political theories in all courses is a strategic measure for higher vocational education to carry out the fundamental task of morality education,an orientation for higher vocational education to cultivate talents,an important measure to enhance the driving force of China’s economic development,and an inevitable trend of ideological and political education reform and innovation in the new era.The ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges lacks due attention and principle grasp of the construction,lacks systematic planning and top-level design,lacks tripartite integration among teachers,students and curriculum content,and lacks mechanism guarantee of“coordination and linkage”.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design,improve the curriculum system,reconstruct the teaching system,and optimize the teaching staff,in order to promote the ideological and political education in all courses.
