摘要
文中重点研究了钢结构T形角焊缝的超声波检测技术,从探头的选择、探伤条件的选择、声波传输路径的模拟三方面总结了超声波检测的前期准备要点,阐述了钢结构T形角焊缝缺陷的定量与评定方法,以及探头移动范围和声程范围的确定、检验等级和扫查部位、距离-波幅曲线的制作等技术要求,以期为焊缝超声波检测技术的推广与普及提供参考。
This paper focuses on the ultrasonic detection technology of T-fillet weld of steel structure,summarizes the key points of the prelimi-nary preparation of ultrasonic detection from three aspects:the selection of probe,the selection of flaw detection conditions,and the simulation of acoustic transmission path,and expounds the quantitative and evaluation method of the defects of T-fillet weld of steel structure.The techni-cal requirements such as the determination of the moving range of the probe and the range of the sound path,the inspection grade,the scanning position and the making of the distance-amplitude curve are emphasized,so as to provide an effective reference for the promotion and populari-zation of the ultrasonic detection technology of the weld.
