摘要
城市街区量化分析的传统方法通常基于调研,再结合设计师的主观判断得出最终结果并提出建议。然而,这种方法存在人力、物力成本高和工作效率低的问题。为提高分析效率和减少主观判断的影响,文章以乌鲁木齐市老华凌综合市场片区为研究对象,并引入一种高效的分析方法——空间句法理论进行研究,将街道的活力以图像形式进行表征。研究发现:研究片区具有较高的空间认知度但不均衡,空间活力表现为西南高、东北低的特点。
The traditional method of quantitative analysis of urban blocks is usually based on investigation,and then the subjective judgment of designers are combined to arrive at the final results and make recommendations.However,this method has the problems of high cost of manpower and material resources and low work efficiency.In order to improve the analysis efficiency and reduce the influence of subjective judgment,the paper takes Urumqi Old Hualing Comprehensive Market Area as the research object,and introduces an efficient analysis method,which is to characterize the vitality of the street in the form of images based on the spatial syntactic theory.It is found that the study area has high but unbalanced spatial recognition,and the spatial vitality is characterized by high in the southwest and low in the northeast.
