摘要
铁死亡是一种以铁代谢失衡和脂质过氧化为特征的程序性细胞死亡方式。阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是一种神经退行性疾病。研究表明,铁死亡的脂质过氧化过程与AD的病理过程密切联系,其中铁死亡抑制蛋白1(ferroptosis suppressor protein 1,FSP1)/辅酶Q_(10)(coenzyme Q_(10),CoQ_(10))信号轴是铁死亡脂质过氧化过程中的关键调节因素。本文就FSP1/CoQ_(10)信号轴在AD中的作用机制进行综述,以期为AD的治疗提供参考。
Ferroptosis is a form of programmed cell death characterized by iron metabolic imbalance and lipid peroxidation.Alzheimer disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative condition.Studies have shown that lipid peroxidation through ferroptosis plays a significant role in the progression of AD.Ferroptosis suppressor protein 1(FSP1)/coenzyme Q_(10)(CoQ_(10))signaling axis serves as a crucial regulatory element in the process of lipid peroxidation associated with ferroptosis.This review explores the mechanisms of the FSP1/CoQ_(10)signaling axis in AD,aiming to present a novel therapeutic approach for AD treatment.
