摘要
为研究摩擦作用对静电棉非织造材料过滤性能的影响,制备不同规格的针刺静电棉过滤材料,采用摩擦驻极的方式对针刺静电棉过滤材料充电,测试并分析针刺静电棉过滤材料在摩擦驻极后的过滤性能、静电衰减性能等。结果表明,随着摩擦次数的增加,纤维积聚的电荷越多,试样的过滤效率明显提升,但摩擦驻极对过滤阻力几乎无影响;对于250 g/m^(2)的试样,经过5次摩擦后过滤效率由23.6%提升到43.4%,过滤性能得到较好的提升。
In order to study the effect of friction on the filtration performance of electrostatic cotton nonwoven materials,different kinds of needle-punched electrostatic cotton filter materials were prepared,while the filtration performance and voltage decay performance of needle-punched electrostatic cotton filter materials after friction charging were tested and analyzed.The results show that the charge accumulated in the fiber and the filtration efficiency of the samples increase with the increase of friction frequency,but the friction charging has little effect on the filtration resistance.For the 250 g/m^(2) sample,the filtration efficiency increased from 23.6%to 43.4%after 5 times of friction and the filtration performance was better improved.
