摘要
传统的避雷器检修更换作业需停电施工,给用户带来较长时间的供电中断。为提高供电连续性和可靠性,降低检修对线路运行的影响,文章提出一种10kV可拆卸式氧化锌避雷器的创新设计方案。该设计在避雷器底座引入可拆卸结构,并集成热失磁式脱离装置。当避雷器发生故障时,热失磁式装置被触发使底座脱离,避雷器在压簧作用下自动跌落,从而实现快速隔离。该设计经过实际应用和数据分析,显示出无需长时间停电、检修效率高、安全性能良好等优势,能够有效缩短检修时间,提高供电可靠性,改善用户用电体验。
The traditional maintenance and replacement of lightning arrester requires power outage,which leads to a long interruption of power supply to users.In order to improve the continuity and reliability of power supply and reduce the influence of maintenance on line operation,an innovative design scheme of 10 kV detachable zinc oxide arrester is proposed in this paper.The design introduces a detachable structure in the base of the arrester and integrates a thermal degaussing disengaging device.When the arrester fails,the heat loss device is triggered to make the base free,and the arrester automatically falls under the action of the pressure spring,so as to achieve rapid isolation.Through practical application and data analysis,the design shows that there is no need for long-term power outage,high maintenance efficiency,good safety performance and other advantages,which can effectively shorten the maintenance time,improve the reliability of power supply,and improve the user's power experience.
