摘要
公共建筑的暖通空调设计是一个系统化的设计过程,其设计质量直接关系到业主的用户体验和建筑能耗利用效率。为了更好地指导公共建筑的暖通设计,梳理了暖通空调系统设计概况和步骤,总结了在选择空调系统设备方面需要考虑的关键因素,阐述了暖通空调系统运行分析的内容。结合某项目的具体实践,重点分析了确定制冷机组和空调风系统的设计过程,并通过分析项目的实际运行情况验证设计的合理性。研究结果表明,按照该设计过程设计的空调系统,整体运行情况良好,能耗和主机的运行情况与设计参数基本一致,设计满足了项目的实际需求。
The HVAC design of public buildings is a systematic design process,and its design quality directly affects the user experience of owners and the efficiency of building energy utilization.In order to better guide the HVAC design of public buildings,the basic overview and steps of HVAC system design were summarized,and the key factors to be considered in selecting HVAC system equipment and the content of HVAC system operation analysis were summarized.Then,based on the specific practice of a certain project,the design process of determining the refrigeration unit and air conditioning system was analyzed,and the rationality of the design was verified by analyzing the actual operation of the project.The results show that the air conditioning system designed according to this design process has a good overall operating effect,and the energy consumption and the operation of the main unit are basically consistent with the design parameters.The design meets the actual needs of the project.
